• You do not acquire ownership of the underlying Veo 4 models, software, or infrastructure.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes.
• Upload or use content you do not have rights to, including unlicensed reference images or videos.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the Veo 4 models, Veo 4 technology, or other proprietary components.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Use automated scripts or abuse the API in ways that degrade stability or violate usage limits.
• Misrepresent outputs as human-created where disclosure is legally required.

Privacy and Data Collection

If you upload reference images or videos, you confirm you have permission to process that content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

Pricing and Payments

Outputs and Licensing

Veo 4 does not guarantee that outputs are free of IP or other restrictions.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, legal risk, non-payment, or service abuse. You may stop using the Service at any time. Certain provisions (including IP, limitations, and disclaimers) survive termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veo 4 and tryveo4.app shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
